THERAPIES OFFERED
Therapy takes place in Clockwise, which is based in the Old Town Hall in Tweedy Road, Bromley. BR1 3FE. The rooms have been tastefully furnished to ensure that your therapeutic experience feels secure, safe, and comfortable.
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
For adults, children and young people. I have a special interest in, and experience of, working with adolescents.
COUPLES THERAPY
I can help couples who may be in conflict or who are just looking to strengthen and renew their relationship. I can help you consider effective ways of co-parenting if you are thinking of separating or do not live together.
FAMILY THERAPY
WHAT I CAN HELP WITH
I can offer support for issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, difficulties in family and couple relationships, parental separation and divorce, loss, and school issues such as EBSA (emotionally based school avoidance), bullying, transitions, and academic related stress. Where children are very young (pre-school), I may suggest working with parents/carers in the first instance rather than with the child. For direct work with small children I would suggest you approach a specialist play therapist.

I offer long and short term interventions depending on your requirements.
Family life can be tough and full of transitions which may prove hard to negotiate. I will try to help you to see things from one another's perspectives. I am happy to work with entire families, or constellations within families, for example, parents or sibling groups.
PARENTING WORK
I can work with parents who are experiencing challenging behaviour from their young person. The approach I use is called NVR (non-violent resistance). Sometimes young people will refuse to attend therapy but I can help you, as parents, repair and rebuild your relationship with your young person.
SERVICES NOT COVERED
Please note that I am not currently able to work with families who are going through court proceedings or who have been mandated to attend family therapy.
I am also unable to take insurance referrals.
I do not diagnose conditions but I can advise and signpost you to services which might be helpful.
